Commission-free online ordering

Online ordering for your pizzeria, with no commission

Your customers order online on your pizzeria’s ordering page, and you pay no commission. They choose their pizzas and a 15-minute pickup slot, then pay at the counter. You pay a flat-rate subscription of €74.90 per month, with no percentage on your sales and no fee per order.

What does a commission on every online order cost?

A commission is paid on every sale: the more your customers order online, the more you hand over. A flat-rate subscription does not move, and every extra order stays yours.

The mechanism is simple: a platform paid by commission usually collects your customer’s payment, keeps its percentage and pays you the rest. Some contracts add fixed fees per order. Your rate is set out in your contract.

Example calculation — hypothetical figures

Take a 20% commission, an average order of €30 and 300 online orders in the month. Online sales come to €9,000, the commission to €1,800. With Pizza Planner Pro, the cost is the subscription: €74.90 per month, whether you take 30 orders or 300.

These figures illustrate the mechanism, they measure nothing: redo the calculation with your own.

If your customer pays by card at the counter, only the usual fees of your card terminal apply, as for a sale in the dining room.

How do your customers order online directly from you?

Your customer opens your ordering page, chooses their pizzas and a 15-minute pickup slot, then comes to collect their order and pays for it on the spot: Click & Collect with no commission, directly from you.

  1. Your ordering page. A direct link at the address of your space, or a line to copy into the website you already have.
  2. Your whole menu, all your 15-minute slots. Full 15-minute slots are greyed out, never hidden.
  3. No account. No password, no app to install: a name and a number.
  4. Pickup at the counter. No delivery: the customer comes to collect their order in the 15-minute slot they chose and pays on the spot.
  5. In your space, a badge and a discreet sound. You confirm the order with one tap, or in bulk before service.

The phone does not disappear: its orders, like those from the counter, go into the same schedule. You simply stop letting it run you at the height of service. To leave the order pad behind, read our guide to moving away from paper for order-taking.

Why is online ordering matched to your production schedule?

Because a form that accepts everything promises pickup times that your oven cannot keep to. With Pizza Planner Pro, an online order is accepted only if the 15-minute slot chosen still has room, according to the capacity you have declared.

You enter your hours and the number of pizzas you can turn out per 15-minute slot; a full 15-minute slot is no longer offered on your page. If the slot fills up while the customer is confirming, their order moves to the next 15-minute slot and they are told so, never silently.

The software does not measure your oven: you declare your baking pace and correct it when your kitchen changes. To set it, follow the guide to regulating a pizza oven’s baking pace.

Frequently asked questions

Does Pizza Planner Pro take a commission on online orders?

No. You pay a flat-rate subscription of €74.90 per month (VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code, CGI), the same for twenty orders or for two hundred. No percentage on your sales, and no fee per order.

Where do my customers pay for their order?

At the counter, when they come to pick it up, with the payment methods you already accept. No money passes through Pizza Planner Pro: so it has nothing to take from your sales.

Do I need to rebuild my pizzeria’s website?

No. Your ordering page opens through a direct link, at the address of your space, or is built into the website you already have with a line to copy. Pizza Planner Pro does not provide a website.

What happens when a 15-minute slot is full?

It is no longer offered: the customer sees it greyed out and chooses another 15-minute pickup slot. You declare how many pizzas you can turn out per 15-minute slot, and online ordering stops at that limit.

How does the free trial work?

The trial lasts 15 days. Your card is saved with our payment provider, no charge today. The subscription comes with no commitment and can be cancelled at any time, at no cost and without giving a reason, under our general terms and conditions.
