Why Pizza Planner Pro exists
In a pizzeria, the real bottleneck is not the team. It is the oven. Most existing software — till suites, marketplaces, staff rotas — does not help you manage the oven’s baking pace during service. It records sales, takes payments or charges a commission. Pizza Planner Pro takes your customers’ orders and matches them to what you have declared you can bake.
Pizza Planner Pro was born of that gap. Not a staff rota. Not till software. A production pilot: it regulates incoming orders based on the pace you set for your oven, in real time, so that the Friday-night rush stays manageable.

Aurélien Denot designed and developed Pizza Planner Pro alone, as a sole trader (entrepreneur individuel, EI). He writes the code, he reads the messages, he answers them himself. For an independent pizzeria, that changes one thing: you are not talking to an outsourced customer service. You are talking to the person who wrote the software.
This lean structure has a direct consequence: Pizza Planner Pro has no investors to pay, no commission on your orders, no resale of your data. The publisher’s only income is your monthly subscription. If the tool is of no use to you, you cancel whenever you want, by a simple message from the contact page, and the subscription ends at the end of the current monthly period — no phone call, no negotiation, no annual commitment.
What sets us apart
- Production, not staff scheduling. We match orders to your oven’s baking pace, not to the staff’s calendar.
- No commission. Flat-rate monthly subscription. No percentage taken from your orders.
- Published in France, hosted in France. Your space and its data are hosted on our own infrastructure, in France. Only payment goes through a specialised provider, described in our privacy policy.
- No annual commitment. You can cancel at any time, by a simple message from the contact page; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly period.
- Direct contact with the publisher. A question, a problem to report, a request for a new feature: you are talking to the person who writes the code.
